If you have an emergency maintenance situation such as a sewer backup, no electricity, no water, etc., please call the office at 310-853-1703. If you call while our office is closed, follow the emergency prompt, leave a message and we will immediately return your call.
For routine, non-emergency maintenance requests, please fill out the form to the left and click on the “send” button. Please make sure you include your name, address with unit number/letter, and phone number. Or, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may be asked if it is ok for our maintenance personnel to enter your unit while you’re away to make the repairs. If you permit that, our personnel will obtain a key from our office, enter your unit, complete the repairs, and return the key to our office.
