Submit Rental Application

ONE APPLICATION FOR EACH ADULT IS NEEDED

YOUR APPLICATION MAY BE DENIED IF THE APPLICATION IS INCOMPLETE

TO APPLY YOU WILL NEED:

  • A completed  application (one for each person over 18 years old, and a separate application for a co-tenant if applicable)
  • $35.00 application fee, paid online or by visiting our office. THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE credit processing fee.
  • Current proof of income (last 2 paystubs, or your most recent federal income tax return if you don’t have paystubs)
  • Paper copies or digital images of your driver’s license or state identification card, and your Social Security card. A U.S. Green Card can be substituted if you don’t have a Social Security card. We may ask to see originals of any of these documents.

Acceptance is based on credit and rental histories, along with validation of your ability to pay the required monthly rent. More than one application, or group of applications, may be submitted for the same unit. Acceptance of an application/s is not on a “first-come, first-served” basis. We will determine when applications will be vetted.

When the unit is placed on the market, it usually is ready for immediate occupancy. If your application is approved, the security deposit and the first month’s rent are due upon signing the lease, which is required within three business days of approval. All move-in money can only be paid in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. After the initial move-in money has been paid, subsequent monthly rental payments may be paid with a personal check.
