Michael Rees’ career in real estate began in 1999 working for a family-owned and -operated property management firm in Santa Monica, California. His daily tasks were data entry, filing and answering phones. Although tiresome, trying and redundant at times, it was a fulfilling experience working to prove himself. ​ Beginning in 2007 he began working for another real estate office in West Los Angeles. This firm also was family-owned and -operated, where Michael was a property supervisor handling 27 buildings independently. His portfolio consisted of commercial and residential investment properties in the Greater Los Angeles area. He now owns his own company, Seaside Properties, Inc., with all his experience leading to success. Michael Rees takes great pleasure working as your real estate broker and/or property manager!

Seaside Properties Inc. was founded by Michael Rees, who has been a Los Angeles property manager since 1999 and was inspired by his father to begin a career in property management. Seaside has provided outstanding professional broker and property management services to both property owners and residents alike.
