Michael Rees’ career in real estate began in 1999 working for a family-owned and operated property management firm in Santa Monica, California. His daily tasks were data entry, filing and answering phones. Although tiresome, trying and redundant at times, it was a fulfilling experience working to prove himself. Beginning in 2007 he began working for another real estate office in West Los Angeles. This firm also was family-owned and operated, where Michael was a property supervisor handling 27 buildings independently. His portfolio consisted of commercial and residential investment properties in the Greater Los Angeles area. He now owns his own company, Seaside Properties, Inc., with all his experience leading to success. David was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA. and always knew he wanted to be in real estate. His family owned several properties throughout the city so he was always intrigued by it. David was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA. and always knew he wanted to be in real estate. His family owned several properties throughout the city so he was always intrigued by it. Years later when his real estate journey started in 2008 during the financial crisis, David began working in foreclosures as a transaction coordinator at Keller Williams Brentwood selling half a dozen properties per week for a lot of the big banks. In 2017, he started working at Seaside Properties as an assistant property manager and is currently still helping clients lease, manage and advise on their assets as well as buying and selling properties throughout the city.
