If you have an emergency maintenance situation such as a sewer backup, no electricity, no water, etc., please call the office at 310-853-1703. If you call while our office is closed, follow the emergency prompts, leave a voicemail message with your name, phone number, address and unit number, and we will immediately return your call.

For routine, non-emergency maintenance requests, please email us and include your name, address, unit number, phone number and attach pictures of the issue, if any.
You may be asked if it is ok for our maintenance personnel to enter your unit while you’re away to make the repairs. If you permit that, our personnel will obtain a key from our office, enter your unit, complete the repairs, and return the key to our office.
Please keep in mind that if you schedule a maintenance appointment but are not home when our maintenance personnel arrive, and have made no other arrangements, you may be subject to a fee for the service call.
