If you have an emergency maintenance situation such as a water or gas leak, sewer backup, no power, no water, etc., please call our office at (310) 853-1703
If you call while our office is closed, follow the emergency prompts, leave a voicemail message with your name, phone number, address and unit number, and we will return your call ASAP.
DO NOT TEXT OR EMAIL US FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.
Please be advised, as stated in your lease, if you cannot be present for access during an emergency water/gas leak or fire, we do reserve the right to enter your unit without notice.
If you smell gas please call the gas company immediately.
For routine, non-emergency maintenance requests, please email us and include your name, address, unit number, phone number and attach pictures of the issue, if any.
You may be asked if it is ok for our maintenance personnel to enter your unit to make the repairs if you are not available to provide access. With your permission, our personnel will obtain a key from our office, enter your unit, complete the repairs, and return the key to our office.
Please be advised that if you schedule a maintenance appointment but are not home when our maintenance personnel arrive, and have made no other arrangements, you may be subject to a fee for the service call.
Each tenant/unit gets assigned an account number that is needed to create your account on our portal.
