There are two ways to pay the non-refundable application fee of $50 per adult applicant:

* Bring cash, a money order or cashier’s check (no personal checks) to our office at 1530 Purdue Ave. #1, Los Angeles, 90025. We are open 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays, and closed on weekends and major holidays.

* Or, click the PayPal button below. You may see a new browser window pop up, and you will be given the option to sign into your own PayPal account or use guest checkout. The payment amount is automatically set at $50. (Sorry, we do not directly accept credit cards for payments.)

The form should also ask if you have instructions for the “buyer.” (That’s us.) In that field, type in the address and unit number of the property for which you’re applying.

If more than one adult is applying for an apartment, a separate PayPal transaction must be completed for each applicant.

After completing the payment, you should receive an email from PayPal confirming the transaction. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please call us to confirm that we received the payment, and/or contact PayPal immediately.

Applications will not be processed until the application fee is received.

 If approved, an applicant is required to sign the lease within two business days unless other arrangements are made. If that deadline is missed, Seaside will move on to the next qualified applicant.
